Things You Need to Know

We founded Wild Lace Beadwork Custom Purse Design Studio with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.  Custom orders are final. International sales are final. We will not refund any purchase. 

Leather:  Please note leather is a natural product and can showcase scars, bug bites, brands, creases which all add to the charm, authenticity and uniqueness of our products. 

Repairs Policy: 

We will repair any bag free of charge  that needs to be repaired due to a manufacturing error up to three months after purchase.  Any charges for repairs after three months from date of purchase will be the responsibility of the bag owner as well as shipping back and forth. ​

Shipping Policy:

Custom orders ship after they are completed. Estimated wait time is given at time of purchase. 

Accepted Payments:  We accept Paypal, all major credit cards and Sezzle.
